how she works

Tori believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process and helping clients live and work to their full potential can be best achieved through the application of multiple evidence-based frameworks. She integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic techniques, all within a person-centered framework that honors each client’s unique journey. Tori takes a holistic approach that places purpose and client direction at the heart of the therapeutic process.

In sessions, clients can expect to build skills to manage stress, boost self-confidence, and navigate interpersonal and relationship challenges with greater clarity and resilience. Tori believes that healing comes from within and is dedicated to creating a safe, trusting, and supportive environment where clients can explore difficult emotions and experiences. Tori recognizes that growth in therapy isn’t always linear, and she’s committed to being a steady, supportive presence for her clients every step of the way ensuring they never feel alone.
