how she works

Noor approaches therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, insight, and growth. She

partners with clients to explore patterns and develop skills that support confidence and resilience. Her work is grounded in values-based frameworks and how meaning-making along with emotional clarity can help clients navigate change, identity, and relationships with more confidence.

Guided by deep listening, cultural humility, and respect for each client’s pace, Noor strives to create a space for emotional exploration, unpacking identity messages, developing coping skills, and reconnecting with core values. In each session she aims for clients to leave feeling more

grounded, open, and prepared to face challenges with confidence and compassion for themselves and others.
