Jacqueline’s journey into therapeutic practice is rooted in a genuine commitment to helping others grow and heal. With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University,
her work is grounded in building a warm, collaborative, and empathetic relationship that supports emotional resilience, deeper self-understanding, and overall well-being.
Jacqueline focuses on supporting young adults and adults in navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relational difficulties. In her work with clients, she centers empathic support and takes a deeply relational approach while helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and approach themselves with greater self compassion as they navigate life's challenges.
Areas of exploration with clients: Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem/confidence, life transitions, perfectionism, boundaries, mindfulness & coping skills.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals while supporting meaningful and lasting change. Jacqueline works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, emotions, and the challenges that may emerge through anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or life transitions. She is committed to helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater flexibility and self-compassion.
