Emma’s approach to therapy is holistic and highly personalized, blending psychodynamic theory, psycho-spiritual exploration, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), multicultural perspectives, and strength-based coaching. She tailors her methods to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients, offering a collaborative and embodied approach to personal and professional development.
