how she works

Elise’s therapeutic approach is integrative and rooted in the belief that true healing involves both the mind and body. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques, she tailors each session to support clients in understanding emotional patterns, regulating the nervous system, and fostering deeper self-awareness. Influenced by trauma-informed and holistic frameworks, Elise emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection, helping clients process stored experiences physically and emotionally. Her warm, compassionate style creates a collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, Elise offers a grounded, whole-person approach that invites meaningful insight, resilience, and lasting transformation.
