how she works
Drew’s therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic theories, and Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), blending these modalities to support clients in understanding and transforming their emotional patterns. Influenced by relational theories, Drew emphasizes the impact of past and present relationships on self-perception and emotional well-being, helping clients build healthier connections.
In sessions, Drew focuses on creating a holistic, client-centered environment that prioritizes emotional well-being while considering the broader context of each client’s life. Her work supports clients in processing difficult emotions, building confidence, and navigating life transitions with clarity and intention.
Clients working with Drew can expect a compassionate, collaborative space where challenges are met with curiosity and care.
