Stephanie Cornwell
Associate Psychotherapist
“We are all just walking each other home.” This quote beautifully sums up Stephanie's role as a psychotherapist––to guide you on your journey through self-exploration, where healing begins. This work requires trust; She offers unconditional support and genuine care from the moment you meet.
Her goal is to make you feel seen, understood, and connected. Drawing from her background in journalism, she understands the importance of the stories we tell ourselves. She sees clients holistically, within the context of their upbringing, acknowledging the influence of culture, family dynamics, and relationships on their worldview. Her approach emphasizes self-awareness and self-compassion, empowering people to connect with their voice and intuition.

Stephanie's clinical experience includes mood/anxiety disorders, trauma, women’s health, relationship issues, identity concerns, life transitions, career stress, family dynamics, and self-esteem. She is an LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive therapist.
Stephanie believes in an integrative approach influenced by many theories: psychodynamic, trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral (CBT) & DBT, and internal family systems (IFS). Her practice is rooted in attachment theory and mindfulness. She incorporates mindfulness-based modalities when of interest to clients.

Stephanie is committed to helping you find alignment in your life and is excited to do the work with you.
