With six years of experience studying mental health in the U.S., Brooke has gained valuable insights and practical skills through internships in clinical settings. She has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations; her experience includes working with children who struggle with anxiety at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) as well as young adults and adults coping with more severe mental illnesses at the Center for Early Detection and Assessment of Risk (CEDAR) at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. Drawing from relational theories, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS), her approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client's specific needs.

Brooke is passionate about working with adolescents, college students, and adults who are facing a wide range of challenges in their lives. She has a strong interest in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, identity concerns, and family challenges. Regardless of the magnitude or content of the changes you seek, her goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can explore your concerns and work towards your desired outcomes. In both her professional and personal life, Brooke is committed to fostering an environment where individuals can openly discuss their mental health without fear or shame.She understands the hesitations that may come up when seeking therapy, and hope to normalize the experience of self-growth and exploration.
