Chandler’s approach to therapy is grounded in helping clients connect with what they most want for themselves in life. As a licensed psychotherapist and adjunct professor at NYU’s Master’s Program in the Applied Psychology Department, she is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and growth.
Her practice is rooted in a holistic understanding of mental health, combining trauma-informed care with techniques from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). Chandler’s goal is to create an accepting and empowering space where clients feel safe to explore the circumstances and patterns that have shaped their lives.
