all about Aidan
Aidan is a BIPOC therapist passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, affirmed, and truly seen. She believes that therapy can be a powerful space for self-exploration, healing, and growth — especially when a person’s identities or experiences haven’t always been fully understood or validated.
Aidan is especially committed to cultivating an environment that encourages curiosity, vulnerability, and transformation, where clients feel empowered to explore their truths without fear of judgment. She has always been drawn to the deep, one-on-one connections that therapy allows. For her, therapy is an opportunity to build insight, resilience, and meaning. She creates a space where clients can make sense of their stories, reconnect with their inner voice, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve them. Aidan became a therapist because she believes in the power of healing through relationship — the kind rooted in empathy, attunement, and belief in each person’s capacity to grow.
Before working in private practice, Aidan supported individuals in both hospital and community mental health settings, navigating anxiety, interpersonal relationships, identity exploration, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her experience has shown her that people are incredibly resilient, and that healing looks different for everyone. She brings this mindset to her clinical work, centering each client’s unique story and strengths.
She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have felt overlooked or misunderstood in traditional mental health spaces, including BIPOC clients, LGBTQ+ folks, and those exploring identity, culture, or belonging.
Aidan is currently completing her master’s in Mental Health Counseling at New York University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University.

how she works
Aidan is an active listener who brings warmth, nonjudgment, and genuine curiosity into the therapy space. She shows up with her clients — not as an authority figure, but as a collaborator who’s there to support their growth on their own terms.
Her approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She draws from person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This means that clients can expect a flexible, responsive, and compassionate approach shaped around their values, pace, and goals.
Whether clients are seeking space to process their past, rebuild trust in their inner world, or understand the roots of emotional pain, Aidan provides a steady and supportive presence throughout the journey. At the core of her work is the belief that therapy should feel like a relationship — one where all parts of a person are welcome, even the ones that feel heavy, hidden, or hard to name.
