Coaching vs. therapy: Do you need a coach, a therapist, or both?
We are all on a journey. But the journey to self-actualization isn't a linear, check-the-box type of path. At different times and different stages in our lives we need different support.

The major difference between therapy and coaching is the focus of the work: therapy/psychotherapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
