Coaching vs. therapy: Do you need a coach, a therapist, or both? 

We are all on a journey. But the journey to self-actualization isn't a linear, check-the-box type of path. At different times and different stages in our lives we need different support.

The major difference between therapy and coaching is the focus of the work: therapy/psychotherapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals. 


With Achel Therapy, you do not have to make a decision of choosing one form of support over the other. Here, you will be able to set goals and figure out a plan of how to achieve it while processing areas or parts of you that make you feel stuck.
